Jay Saylors

Jay is an undergraduate chemistry student at University of North Carolina Asheville. Their research interests lie in inorganic, computational and physical chemistry, with previous research experience in synthetic inorganic chemistry under Dr. Wallen at App State. They love the puzzle-like nature of the physical sciences and have since a young age. They hope to spend time in industry before potentially pursuing a PhD. In their spare time, Jay enjoys playing music, reading, drawing, writing, weightlifting, and rock climbing.
