Matt Ellington

Hi, my name is Matt. I'm 35 years old and a junior, pursuing a double-major in Applied Physics and Chemistry. My interest is in discovering how to take the amazing mechanical/electrical properties of 2D nanomaterials and scale them towards bigger applications like buildings and infrastructure. I believe that technology can improve society for everyone if we're able to ground research and curiosity with an understanding of the fundamental connections that exist between us as people. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, martial arts, reading science fiction, drawing, and going to live music events.
